After doing some spring yard cleanup, a trip to Lowe’s and enjoying the tourney/golf action, I took a little time to enjoy my Hemingway Classic.
Upon lighting it, the deep spices were pleasant to the palette. The smoke provided hints of coffee and was easy to draw. The burn was even and the ash reached two inches, even in a gentle breeze. At times memories of the Opus X crept in, but didn’t last.
All in all, a great cigar for a late afternoon Sunday smoke. The Beagles also agree.
McKurncz rating of four stogies (out of five).
